OSP Microcheck is pleased to welcome Shantell Robillard to our team as our new Client Experience Specialist.

Shantell brings several years of experience working in industrial B2B environments, including chemical manufacturing and distribution. Throughout her career, she has managed full order lifecycles, supported inside sales teams, and built strong relationships with industrial clients.

In her new role at OSP, Shantell will help support our clients through accurate order execution, responsive communication, and close coordination with our Operations team. Her role will help ensure clients have a reliable experience from the initial order through to delivery and ongoing support.

As OSP continues to grow across oil & gas, industrial water treatment, and fuels, providing exceptional service remains an important part of how we do business. Shantell’s experience and client-first approach make her a great addition to the team.

Outside of work, Shantell enjoys music, cooking new recipes with friends and family, and spending time with her calico cat, Binoo, who takes her role as household supervisor very seriously.
