OSP is looking for a Regulatory Affairs & Product Stewardship Specialist – North America to play an important role in supporting the compliance, registration and stewardship of our growing product portfolio across Canada and the U.S. This is an opportunity for an experienced regulatory professional to bring their expertise to a stable, growing company serving essential industries—and to have a meaningful impact on how we bring products to market responsibly and successfully.
In this role, you’ll work across the organization to manage regulatory requirements for EPA- and PMRA-regulated products, maintain Safety Data Sheets and product labels, monitor changing regulatory requirements, and provide practical guidance to clients and our commercial teams. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Development, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain and Commercial colleagues, making this a role that goes well beyond paperwork: you’ll help connect regulatory requirements with real-world product development and commercialization.
We’re looking for someone with a scientific background and at least three years of regulatory affairs experience in chemicals, pesticides, biocides, antimicrobials or a related industry. You’ll be a strong fit if you combine technical regulatory knowledge with excellent communication and organizational skills, enjoy working collaboratively but can operate independently, and are comfortable travelling between Canada and the U.S. If you’re passionate about compliance, product stewardship and being part of a positive, high-performing team, we’d love to hear from you. OSP is looking for an experienced Technical Sales Professional to join our Oil & Gas team in Houston and help grow our presence across the Houston, West Texas and Mid-Con markets. This is a senior, relationship-driven sales opportunity for someone who knows the oil and gas industry, understands how to build credibility with customers, and enjoys turning strong technical knowledge and trusted relationships into business growth.
You’ll take ownership of developing new business while growing and supporting established key accounts—working directly with customers to understand their operations, solve problems and identify opportunities where OSP’s products and expertise can add value. The role combines business development and account management with a hands-on technical component, including system analysis, interpreting data, developing recommendations and proposals, and working closely with the broader OSP team to deliver the right solutions for customers.
We’re looking for a seasoned oil and gas sales professional with 10–15 years of relevant sales, business development and/or account management experience, a strong track record of delivering results, and the ability to build relationships at all levels. Based from our Houston office with a mix of office, remote and customer-facing work, this role includes regular travel throughout the territory and occasional travel to Canada. If you’re looking for a role with significant opportunity, autonomy and the chance to be part of an established, collaborative team, we’d like to hear from you.
